A session with me is all about YOU.
Different methods resonate with different people. And sometimes each session will be unique, depending on what you need on each day.
Each client relationship begins with a conversation to figure out what your dreams and goals are and to decide the most effective path forward. From that point on, you control your journey and keep track of the progress you make and where you want to go next. I become your accountability partner in helping you achieve your dreams.
Great. But what really happens in a typical session?
In addition to talking & working on your goals, a session may include energy work, Reiki and/or EFT.
Energy Work “focuses on the energy fields of the body that organize and control the growth and repair of cells, tissue, and organs. Changing impaired energy patterns may be the most efficient, least invasive way to improve the vitality of organs, cells, and psyche." (from Eden Energy Medicine)
You’ll hop up onto a massage table (fully clothed) and I’ll use a combination of different energy medicine modalities to tap into the energy inside and around your body and help balance it. While this is not done to “heal” you, it does create a balanced energy field upon which magical things can happen. It’s like a gymnast on a balance beam - if the beam is crooked or bent, you feel unsteady, but if it’s properly balanced, you can do beautiful and astounding acrobatics on it. Reiki is a specific form of energy healing where I use my hands to transfer “universal energy” through my palms to encourage emotional and/or physical health and wellness. As a certified Reiki Master, I help harness the energy around us and bring it to you to create pathways for continual growth and unlimited potential that can bring about a more joyful and peaceful life.
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) or Tapping is a holistic healing technique combining the ancient prinicples of acupressure and modern psychology. Tapping on the body’s meridian endpoints while focusing on emotions can help relieve stress, calm the nervous system and re-wire the brain to respond in healthier ways to emotional stimuli. If you’re really stuck - and want to try it - I can use these techniques with you. This can be a little more intense...but can also be very effective.
My sessions depend on YOU to make them effective and meaningful to your personal journey. One method may work better for you than another, and every client has beautiful qualities that contribute to the success of each session. My goal is to guide your process to becoming your best self and shine a light on your beauty - even if you don’t see it yet.
